Lebron James was seen wearing a pair of kicks over the weekend that resembled the Lebron Ambassador shoe. But it was indeed his newest signature model, the Lebron XI. The design comes equipped with a big chunk of what’s being called “Armorposite” material across the upper, which clutches the shoe from the bottom up in the same way that the carbon fiber piece on the current Nike LeBron X Elite does. It almost resembles the batmobile from the movie, “The Dark Knight” if you ask me. The air bubble is not visible on this model, opting instead to tuck away any air it’s holding. It’s said that the Nike LeBron XI will be cushioned by a mix of Lunarlon and Zoom, embedded into the midsole of the shoe. Interesting move considering visible cushioning has been a visual key over the last four models. They are currently slated for an October debut for $200 in five colorways, smh.
