Now I know too many people don’t tune in to the WNBA smh, but you need to. You have missed a great season, probably one of their best in a long time. But it’s not too late to catch some action.  Rookie of the Year Maya Moore and the Minnesota Lynx are headed to the WNBA Finals to face Castro Marques and the Atlanta Dream, Sunday Oct 2nd 7:30pm local/8:30pm eastern time. The Minnesota Lynx defeated the San Antonio Silver Stars in the first round 2-1 and then sweeping the Phoenix Mercury 2-0 lead by Maya Moore. The Atlanta Dream swept the Connecticut Sun in the first round 2-0 and defeated MVP Tamika Catchings and the Indiana Fever 2-1. It will be a good series. Both teams are well-rounded, but I see Minnesota sweeping Atlanta becuase of their depth. They have Maya Moore, Lindsay Whalen, Simone Augustus, I mean come on, Atlanta will have matchup problems the whole series so it will if Atlanta has a chance to win it will come down to coaching and how bad they want it.
